Mercedes-Benz
has come out with some amazing and innovative products, but
none more interesting than the ML55 AMG. The theory: take a
mid-sized SUV and add a 5.4 litre V8 engine which makes 342
bhp and 376 lb-ft of torque. |

ML55 pulls strongly, especially as speeds increase; from rest
to 60 mph the AMG takes only 6 seconds. Stomp on the ML55's
accelerator, the revs come up, and you feel like you're aiming
a speeding locomotive all the way to 155 mph. |

The
interior is classic Mercedes, with leather and high quality
features throughout the cabin. The AMG sport brakes perform
well, as stop from 60-0 mph take just 130 ft. At $72,000, the
ML55 is a little pricy, but it is also a heck of a lot of fun.
